Terms and Conditions

Delivery: All the jewellery is handmade, so your piece will be sent within 2-4 weeks from the time of ordering. Unless prior arrangement has been made and agreed. Your parcel will require a signature on receipt. UK delivery : Delivery costs £7.00 per order and is for a ‘Special Delivery’ service. International delivery :Delivery costs £8.00 per order, and the parcel will be sent ‘International Signed For’. All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.

Late and Lost Deliveries: If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost. Yen Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Packaging: Your jewellery will be sent to you in a lovely presentation box. Please rest assured that we always package our items securely and safely.

Prices: Goods are charged at price stated on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. In the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).Customers outside the EU will have VAT deducted from their purchase. Postage and packing will be added to all orders.

Returns: You have 14 days to return goods for any reason. You are responsible for the safe carriage of items to Yen Jewellery. You will then receive a refund for the full value of your purchase. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty. Products must be returned and carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Description: State sizes are accurate within reason. Variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the goods. Colours may vary from illustrations due to variations in computer monitors.

Copyright: Yen Jewellery retains copyright of all designs, photography, text, and other content on this website, actionable in law for any breaches.

Disclaimer: Yen Jewellery’s contract with you: No contract shall exist between you and Yen Jewellery until Yen Jewellery has sent you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. Yen Jewellery is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies or for unavailability.
