Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external box or envelop. The jewellery is gift wrapped and packaged in a branded Yen Jewellery box and protected by tissue paper.

branded Yen Jewellery box and protected by tissue paper.

 

Refund Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your
jewellery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we can offer a
refund if the item is returned unworn and in its original packaging within 30
days of your receipt of the order.

UK Orders:
Delivery & VAT

All prices on the website include UK VAT at
20%.

UK delivery is FREE. Orders are
shipped via Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery, a fully trackable and
insured service. A tracking number will be provided once your item is
dispatched.

Deliveries require a signature, so please ensure someone is available at the
address provided. If no one is home, a card will be left with options to
redeliver or collect from your local Post Office. A tracking number will be
emailed once your order has been dispatched.

 

International
Orders: Delivery & VAT

Website prices include UK VAT at 20%. For
purchases outside the UK, VAT will be automatically deducted at checkout.

Important: Shipping to the EU and
Northern Ireland is temporarily paused due to the new General Product Safety
Regulation (GPSR), effective December 13, 2024. We apologize for any
inconvenience and hope to resume shipping to these regions in the future.
Shipping to other international destinations continues as usual.

Customs & Duties: Any import
duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. All
packages include paperwork detailing contents for customs purposes.

    Two shipping options are available:

Option 1 – Royal Mail Tracked & Signed

    up to £250; higher-value items shipped this way are at your own risk

    timeframe: 5–10 working days from dispatch

Option 2 – FedEx Insured & Tracked

    tracked, insured, and requires a signature upon delivery
