If you require urgent delivery for a special occasion please contact the studio enquiry@yenjewellery.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

 

Refund Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your jewellery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we can offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively we offer a refund if the item is returned unworn and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. 

 

Free Delivery

All UK orders are insured and sent free of charge via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and for other countries swift airmail. 

Deliveries will require a signature so please bear this in mind when providing a delivery address. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left giving you with the option to have the item redelivered or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched. 

 

How your jewellery will arrive

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external box. The jewellery is gift wrapped and packaged in a branded Yen Jewellery box and protected by tissue paper.

United Kingdom: Free Guaranteed Next Day Delivery after dispatch

International: Free International Shipping. Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
