Welcome to Yen Jewellery’s website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.yenjewellery.com  by accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us.

Payment: We accept all major types of credit card (MasterCard, Solo, Switch Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit & Delta and Visa Electron). We take all reasonable care to make our website 100% secure. All credit card transactions on this website are processed using Sage pay, a secure trading online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.

At Yen Jewellery we do not hold any of your credit card details. However in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Additional Payment Information for Overseas Customers: The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit/debit card company.

Credit Card Validation: All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. At all times where we disclose your information, please be assured it will remain secure.

3-D Secure is a credit and debit card authorisation program, implemented by Visa and MasterCard, to help reduce fraudulent purchases by verifying purchaser identity during online transactions. Put simply, 3-D Secure is the Internet equivalent of Chip & PIN at Point-of-Sale.

Late and Lost Deliveries: If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost. Yen Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Packaging: Your jewellery will be sent to you in a lovely presentation box. Please rest assured that we always package our items securely and safely.

Prices: Goods are charged at price stated on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. In the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).Customers outside the EU will have VAT deducted from their purchase. Postage and packing will be added to all orders.

Returns: You have 14 days to return goods for any reason. You are responsible for the safe carriage of items to Yen Jewellery. You will then receive a refund for the full value of your purchase. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty. Products must be returned and carefully repackaged in their original packing.

To arrange a return please email enquiry@yenjewellery quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Yen Jewellery packaging.  Please send items for return to our London Postal address:

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Description: State sizes are accurate within reason. Variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the goods. Colours may vary from illustrations due to variations in computer monitors.

Disclaimer: Yen Jewellery Ltd contract with you: No contract shall exist between you and Yen Jewellery until Yen Jewellery has sent you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. Yen Jewellery is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies or for unavailability.
