What if it's a gift, how will it be packaged?
Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external box or envelope. The jewellery is gift wrapped and packaged in a branded Yen Jewellery box and protected by tissue paper.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewels?
We design our pieces to be worn and cherished, but they should be taken care of just like all fine jewellery. A one-year warranty is provided on all of our jewellery if it has not been worked on by another jeweller or if the damage goes beyond acceptable wear patterns. In the event that any repairs are required after the warranty period, we will provide quotes on a case-by-case basis.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time varies depending on the design and collection. We endeavour to deliver within 3-10 working days within the UK, and 5-14 working days for other countries.If you require urgent delivery for a special occasion please contact the studio or call us on +44 (0)796 7587 548 and we will do our best to accommodate your request and confirm availability on the items and prioritise their dispatch.
Bespoke delivery time can vary from 4-12 weeks. You can customise the collections with your choice of stone colour, size, and precious metal alloy. Can I return my piece for a return or exchange?
We hope that you will be happy with your jewellery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we can offer a refund if the item is returned unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days of your receipt of the order.
